Dear Colleague;2009 TUC SAFETY REP AWARD.

Please find below a nomination form from the TUC for the 2009 TUC Safety Rep Award. Should Branches wish to nominate RMT Health and Safety Reps please complete the nomination form in line with the instructions given on the front page of the nomination form. Nominees will be considered for submission to the TUC by the Council of Executives during the week commencing Monday 1 June 2009 completed nomination forms should be returned to Head Office by the closing date of Friday 29 May 2009.
